National Sports Event Participants | Students officially selected to represent the Philippines in a national or international competition sanctioned by the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) or a recognized National Sports Association (NSA). Regional Sports Event Participants | Students who have officially participated in a DepEd-sanctioned regional competition (e.g., Palarong Pambansa Regional Eliminations) or a PSC/NSA-affiliated regional meet.
