International Games Representative

Students officially selected to represent the Philippines in major international multi-sport events (e.g., Olympics, ASEAN Games, Asian Games, SEA Games) or a PSC/NSA-sanctioned World Championship or World Cup. Must present official selection or appointment letter from the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) or recognized National Sports Association (NSA).

National Sports Event Participants

Students officially selected to represent the Philippines in a national or international competition sanctioned by the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) or a recognized National Sports Association (NSA). Must present official selection or appointment letter. Club-level competitions do not qualify.

Regional Sports Event Participants

Students who have officially participated in a DepEd-sanctioned regional competition (e.g., Palarong Pambansa Regional Eliminations) or a PSC/NSA-affiliated regional meet. Must present official certificate of participation. Club-level or privately organized competitions do not qualify.

Regional Sports Event Awardees
